Kistune
Kitsune is the Japanese word for fox--but it also comes from the myths. Apparently, a kitsune is a Japanese spirit who has the intelligent, charming and wit to fool mankind. These kitsune, who are nearly all female, are pranksters who trick people but also function as supernatural spirits. Kitsune are like gods, and have control over nature, the dead, and several other aspects of human existence. Supposedly, Kitsune can assume any shape--including human.
